Today I got to break out my new sling! My friend Erin let me pick out this beautiful fabric online so she could order this sling for me and I love it!! Isn't it pretty?
Lets me work at the computer, cook, walk around the house doing errands without putting Gus down if he's awake. 
And he is snug as a little pea in there.

While in NYC I saw an asian woman tying her son to her back using a large 12"x12" cloth with wrap around straps. The cloth covered the kid's back as he sat piggy-back in the pouch made by tying the straps. Very creative, and probably an ancient practice. They looked like they were off to a rice field, but really, they were just getting onto the subway from Penn Station!
I'm so glad that you and Gus like the sling! The color really is very pretty and Gus looks so comfy;)My sister got my sling for me and it really saved me, especially on trips to Target. Who wants to carry the bulky carrier when you can just put your peeps in a sling?
Gus is so friggin cute in a sling, on a leg, in the sun, in the shade (-:...what a handsome lad and snug as a bug! the color looks great on you, fashion mama!
