Gus and I went wandering in Wake Forest today in search of mature magnolias to collect seed cones. Gus especially enjoyed picking the cones and dropping them into our seed sack.

So glad you boys had some Fall gathering time, walking on leaves is one of my favorite sounds of Fall.
Gus could be the best little apprentice you ever had, get them young and teach them right. He looks so much like you at that age, I remember you well...
