Oh Boy.. Gus Is Doing Great!!

Up early this morning to see the sunrise and walk the pups. Then to pack the car and go get Gus. We were amazed by how well everything went. Stacey was prepped without problem and by the time I got into my scrubs we were ready for the main event. In for operation by 1pm, Gus was definitely turned all around "facing backwards and wrongside down". By 1:30 we had Gus in hand, tipping the scales at nearly 9lbs (8lbs 14ounces). Total length 21inches from his hefty hands to his sizeable feet. See pictures below for a peek. More blogging to come after our first round of baby bombardment.t

Welcome, Gus! What a beautiful baby! He looks so peaceful and content - you must be giving him all the snuggles and food that he wants. Great job to all! Lots of love, Lindsay

He's adorable!! Seems like a very happy little boy, ready to join the world and put his best face forward. Check out that grip, too. Strong fingers, future rock climber? We're looking forward to seeing just how fast he grows!
Big love hugs, -Sunessa, or rather, Auntie Sunny

Congratulations!!! He is adorable, I can see both Aaron & Stacy in his face. He has the build of a future Oklahoma football player, along with rock climbing with his Aunt Sunny. Cousin Christian say he will teach him how to skateboard. He arrived just a day before his Grandpa Mick's birthday. We can't wait to see the new addition to the family, Congrats!
Love from Oklahoma, from Grandpa(papa) Mick, Mema(grandma Denine), Aunt Marci, & cousins Christian & Sebastian.

As John Lennon once said "beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy." He's amazing and I just want to give him those little shotgun kisses on his cheek and nuzzle my nose in his yummy smelling skin (-: We are so thrilled that mom, dad and baby are doing well. He has mom's rosy lips and dad's almond eyes, a looker for sure. Thinking about all 3 of you! love, aime' and peter
